Ace Shreve passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2002, after a bout with cancer. Ace was 74. Ace had been an Engineer with Hughes Aircraft Company and a member of the Hughes Catalina Radio Club. He had been retired for a long time and traveled extensively. He had been active with Cholla Amateur Remote Base Association (CARBA) for more years than they had records for.
